“Learning Georgian cooking was one of to-do list here, and my experience at Nana’s kitchen was amazing! I had the cooking class in her beautiful kitchen studio in her garden as having a glass of Georgian wine :) I learnt a lot of tricks of Georgian cuisine - especially the chicken soup was exceptional… I’ll definitely cook them for my friends as souvenirs from Georgia back in Germany! Thank you Nana, and her kind families (aka great kitchen assistants!)”

Shop Tbilisi’s Dezerter Bazaar with Tina, cook classic Georgian dishes in her home, and share a meal with wine and family warmth.

“This was a unique experience! It was a rather unstructured, chaotic sort of evening. The host is Tina and the website needs updating as the pictures and description refer to her daughter Teo, who hasn't been running the event for several years. We basically sat in Tina's kitchen as she cooked huge quantities of Georgian food. We liked meeting her family and she was a lovely lady.”

Nothing like enjoying a meal you made, with a glass or two of Georgian wine. I made a request in booking to make Imeruli Khatchapuri and they satisfied my request. Communication was thorough throughout booking and the whole cooking experience. I would do this again in a heartbeat and bring more friends next time!”

“Making a real ceramic vase was the dream of my life, something on my bucket list and I finally had a chance to do it in Tbilisi. I absolutely loved this one-on-one workshop lead by Sandro, who was very patient, good-natured and knowledgeable. I was afraid to mess up all the time but he gave me enough confidence, corrected my mistakes, and shared his experience to make something that pleased even myself. This vase was made entirely by hand, rolling, gluing and smoothing out the edges and scratches. I am very happy with the result and the entire experience. Can't wait to get the vase after its glazed and fired.”
